The Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board’s Multi-Year Strategic Plan (2025 to 2028) sets a clear and faith-filled direction for the next three years. Rooted in our mission “to enable all learners to realize the fullness of humanity of which Our Lord Jesus Christ is the model,” the plan reflects the voices of nearly 4,000 students, staff, families, clergy, and community partners. The plan is centered on four strategic goals: Promote Academic and Co-Curricular Excellence, Transform the Future, Promote a Culture of Christian Service, and Pursue and Strengthen Partnerships. These goals reflect our ongoing commitment to excellence, faith formation, learning, wellness, and community engagement in our Catholic schools.
