On Wednesday, May 29th, 73 Multilingual/English Language Learners (ELLs) from St. Thomas More Catholic High School embarked on an exciting field trip to Canada’s Wonderland. This visit to one of Canada’s premier tourist attractions was more than just a fun outing—it was an opportunity for cultural immersion and unforgettable experiences.
For many of these students, this trip marked their first ride on a rollercoaster. The perfect spring weather added to the excitement, creating an ideal setting for the day's adventures. In addition to the rides, the students enjoyed a quintessentially Canadian treat: Funnel Cakes. This sweet delight was a hit among the students, adding a delicious note to their day of exploration.
