This annual event is for parents, guardians and students with special needs (ages 14-21) who are in the process of planning for life after high school.
Freely connect and network with 40+ local organizations that provide funding, advocacy and supports, continuing education, employment, recreation, respite, and much more!
Separate and recurring 30-minute sessions will also be offered by:

-Ontario Disability Support Program
-Accessible Transportation Services
